A very quick post to share a few bits and bobs I’m sending my crafty secret Santa in the Stitching Santa swap. She’s a yarn lover who knits beautiful lace, so most of my £10 budget was spent on this locally produced yarn…
These pretty buttons were made by a local crafter…
Since my swap partner is an accomplished knitter, it felt a bit coals to Newcastle knitting for her, so I so unearthed my sewing machine and made…

I’m sending a few other bits and bobs too, but these are the gifts I’ve most enjoyed finding and making. I hope my partner likes them. Thanks again to Shelia for organising the swap.
What a great idea – whoever receives your lovely gift is very lucky indeed!

It is, isn’t it? Am really curious who’s sending mine.

Well I know now I’m not your partner as I can’t be described as somebody ‘who knits beautiful lace’. Drat, I love that wool and buttons too!

New mind, you can work on the lace for next year 😉 I love those buttons too – don’t want to part with them.

🙂 Lovely coloured wool and the idea of a handbag project bag is great! I’ve wrapped and posted my secret sewing Santa gift today, fingers crossed I’ve chosen well…

Well done you. I’m absolutely sure you’ve chosen well. Are you going to show us what’s in it?

I thought it probably best not to as I know she’ll be reading 😉 And I don’t know about you, but there are very few surprises under the tree when you’re an adult, so it’s nice to have one…

Know what you mean, which was why I didn’t show everything I sent.

That’s a fab looking selection of stuff! Love the crown! I’m finding this swap very exciting 😊 and I was very pleased my parcel arrived in South Africa as I was worried about the post. (I sent it in early November! )

Thank you. Me too. I was ridiculously excited on Saturday when my parcel arrived from my partner. You’re right South Africa’s post is awful – sometimes lucky to turn up at all. Guessing now who your partner is 🙂
