So here I am attempting to catch up with showing you my summer makes. I’m afraid this one is a rather short post, because I have no idea what to more to tell you about a cross stitch than, Look, I finished my chicken cross stitch!
Well, and that it took a second place in the craft section at the produce show.
Now I need to get on and frame it.
Until next time.

An egg that is. I’ve recently gone veggie so can’t have a chicken.
So, cross stitch as well as embroidery! You multi-tasker you. I would love to be good at embroidery – or just competent would do – but, although I admire the end results, I really think cross stitch would get me put away π₯΄π΅

Yay! Go you going veggie!
Cross stitch is much much easier than embroidery, but I know what you mean – I have to be in the right mood. I can go years between cross stitch projects. Fortunately I have a finished one that hasn’t been entered in the show before ready for next year – it’s probably only a mere 25 years old π
