I’ve never taken part in Thursday Doors and I suspect I never will again, but I couldn’t resist taking a pic and sharing this one I spotted in Utrecht at the weekend…
Apologies for not having a better shot, but there was a railing in front that obliterated it if I stood any further back.
If you want to see more doors, Thursday Doors is hosted by Norm 2.0
Until next time,
Bekki x
A beautiful door, and obviously well taken care of. Thank you for sharing. 🙂

Glad you like it. I’m absolutely fascinated by the work that’s gone into it and such a wonderfully creative idea.

Me too. But then I’m so nosy that goes for most doors 😉

I love this door! So very unique. I can just imagine saying, “We live in the house with the Red Pineapple Door. You can’t miss it”.
That is a pineapple, isn’t it?

It is. A whole tree full of them. Oh me too – I would so love to live in a house with a door like this one.

That’s a beautiful door. And I like the way it is framed with the blue flowers/fruits. X

It is. It’s a shame I couldn’t get a shot from further back without the railing ruining it.

Oh, it’s a great shot! Why never again? Now you’ll have doors charging at you left and right, begging to be captured. 😉 You’ll see.

Hello. The never again was because I don’t make a habit of getting excited about doors, but I think you’re right, now I’ve posted one they’re rather hurling themselves out at me 🙂

it has the benefit of looking sufficiently sturdy to keep the draughts, ghouls, ghosties and randoms out too… and probably the ponies (given your location!)

Ha ha! I wouldn’t mind the ponies coming in anyway.
