Welcome to my Sunday Sevens; a post where I share seven or so photos from my week.
Despite living with his hairdresser, Harry had developed lock down hair…
… so on Sunday he had a shower and a haircut…
On Thursday we planted a hydrangea that I’d gown from a cutting…
Harry helped us…
After he’d helped a swelling developed below his eye – presumably an insect bite/sting.
I gave him a couple of piriton and after a couple of hours napping it began to go down.
That evening Harry began growling at something he could see trough the french doors in the lounge. It turned out to be the hydrangea we’d planted…
Taking him out a showing him it was just the hydrangea stopped the growling, but he still kept an eye on it for quite a while from the safety of behind the settee…
However this week hasn’t been all bad for Harry. He found himself a new place to sunbathe…
… and, of course, he’s had plenty of lovely walks…

Until next time,
Bekki x

Harry looks really chilled out after his shower and haircut. It is strange that something suddenly spooks an animal.

Harry was scared of so much when we rehomed him, but he’s really chilled now and that’s the first thing that’s bothered him in a long time. Funny how even after we’d taken him out and showed him what it was, he was still suspicious of it.

Poor Harry- a bath, a haircut, a bite and an intruder into his space. I am sending him a very big hug.

Harry says thanks for the hug. Fortunately it’s all forgotten now and the hydrangea isn’t bothering him anymore.

🙂 It’s not a huge deal giving him trim. It’s more about finding a nice day when it’s warm enough to put Harry under the hose when hubby’s around, as I hate washing him.

It’s exhausting work planting hydrangeas and then keeping guard over them to make sure they don’t move. I find the hairdressers exhausting too so I’m not surprised he had to have a good nap. I don’t believe he even had the strength to go for a walk and that’s why I can’t find him in the photo. 😉

Ha ha. Harry pretty much sleeps through his hair cuts.
